Who is the Average Jane Cowgirl?

It’s nearly impossible to describe yourself in just a few sentences. Especially with the whole world so quick to judge who we are and everything we do. I’m simply an average cowgirl at best. Trying to relate to all the other cowgirls out there trying to make it in the horse industry. Whether it be the rising stars, those who are hidden behind the lack of drive to chase their dreams, those who fear failure, or those who are happy with being just good enough, I want there to be a page for US.

Why me? No idea. Its just an itch I cant scratch. Chasing a dream that might never be. But, if you can relate and find inspiration then that serves just about as much purpose as I need. I don’t know everything, I certainly get a lot of things wrong, but I have an eager to learn and a desire to teach. Feel free to follow along, learn from my mistakes, gain from my experiences and if you dare, enter up.

Branded horses today! I’m so excited I finally got my own brand
She is really starting to impress me! Three year old Jess Gimme A Corona has really been stepping up. Unfortunately, I have one mare headed into surgery. She will be out for a year 😫 My other good mare, Juice, is roping in Wickenburg for the winter. It’s really given me the time to focus on her. I’m excited for her future ⭐️ She is super athletic!

Winners are never threatened by winners 😉 Katie and I compete against each other. I still jumped on the opportunity to take a lesson from her. It was very eye opening and I learned so much. I cant wait to practice the things she showed me. Ride with those who share your values or people you look up to. It’ll always push you to be better 😊 Iron sharpens iron! We’re going to keep working on things and get ready for some rodeos beginning of the year.
If you are not 74 and willing to run a hot lap on a barrel horse, at a pro rodeo…you ain’t livin!!!  This was the highlight of my night. Corkey Rasco on Juice 🥹 He used her for the entire grand entry and ran flags on her all night.
